Earth Summit 2011

Our Biology I class attended the Roanoke Clean Valley Council's 2011 Earth Summit.  The students participated in various group discussions and activities centering on energy conservation and efficiency.  We especially enjoyed the talk given by recording artist Kathy Mattea about mountain top coal mining in West Virginia.
